Our Loaned Representative program is a unique opportunity, ideal for potential leaders within your company. Over the course of this 16-week, full-time program, your employee—working under the supervision of a professional United Way fundraiser—will develop valuable skills, including sales and customer service, teamwork and interpersonal, public speaking and leadership. At the same time, your company will benefit from public recognition as a committed donor and community supporter. This program allows the United Way to increase our resource development staff during the Campaign at no cost which, in turn, allows us to leverage donor dollars more efficiently.

Working closely and under the supervision of the Resource Development Department, the Loaned Representative will be based out of the Kelowna office. The term will run from September to December 2017.
